What is your business, and what do you do? My business is A Plus Exterior Cleaning and I specialize in home improvement and building maintenance. Services I offer include roof cleaning, house washing, window cleaning, commercial cleaning, gutters, decks, flat surface concrete, fleet washing and holiday light installations.
Tell us about the “AHA! Moment!” that led you to start your business. My AHA moment that got me to start my business was pretty easy. I knew I always wanted to work for myself and I saw people online starting there pressure washing business and from there on out I did my own research and bought my first pressure washer 3 years ago. I did my first job and the rest has been history. 3 years later I’m full time and have been successful and continuing to perform better than the previous years.
What do you love about your job? What I love about the business is that I’m outside working and I get to meet and help many homeowners and business owners with the what they need done on their property. There’s nothing more that I love than to make each and every one of my customers happy.
What makes you different from others in your industry? What makes me stand out from others is I do my own technique of roof cleaning and I am still scaling to offer more services than my competitors which would be fleet washing and other services in the future years. I’m very responsive and get back to every one of my customers faster than my competitors and I’m always trying to give them as much excellent services with the best competitive price. And lastly I record every job I do have been doing this for the past 3 years. I do this to look at my progression and to see how I can try different things and to show every potential customer what I am capable of doing for them.
What’s your Service Area? I service all of Southern Maine and New Hampshire in the seacoast area and Conway area of New Hampshire.
